It's an ideal place for staying in New Brighton. The staff is always incredibly friendly and amiable.

The room had a comfortable bed, balcony, kettle, and sofa; I appreciated its location at the end of the road and the incredibly friendly staff who answered all my questions.

The host, Roger, is what makes this place lovely. Comfy bedroom and free Wi-Fi - all you need. This apartment has a nice looking bathroom. It offers continental breakfast and the food is good whatever you choose. Easy to find it at the end of the road.

Vews out to Liverpool's iconic skyline. Breakfast with fresh bread, jam, crumpets. Very very nice area, at the end of the road. Approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the city centre attractions.

We had a comfortable stay in New Brighton just off train station, and Liverpool's iconic skyline. Had everything we needed, recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Holland House. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and the bustling promenade area filled with restaurants and entertainment. The street was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and they respected our privacy, allowing us to enjoy our stay undisturbed. The accommodation was spacious and clean, with a lovely porch/dining area where we could dry our dog before entering the bedroom. The large shower and toilet were a nice touch. a highly recommended and comfortable stay.

Although everything was excellent, there were a few minor drawbacks. The bed was a bit too low for me as a large person, and the bathroom was a bit small with a heated towel rail placed too close to the shower entrance.

This place is located right in the heart of the city, and they served me a delicious continental breakfast with fresh bread, crumpets, and jam, making my stay very enjoyable.

Recently stayed at the Holland House for a few delightful days away. The spacious and well-equipped studio apartment was perfect for our needs, feeling like a home away from home. The location, near local restaurants and the beautiful beach, made for lovely daily walks with our puppy. Gaye and Roger were fantastic hosts, even baking fresh bread on two occasions. We would definitely return to this fantastic property.

I recently stayed at Holland House for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious with 2 bathrooms, and the complimentary breakfast options, including bread, butter, jam. I also enjoyed having my own front door and breakfast room with a fridge. The owners were lovely people, and the location near the beach and local bus services was perfect. the hotel was well-maintained inside and out, and I have zero complaints.

The bathroom was clean and the bed was quiet. The room itself was perfect and bright. The location was marvellous, close to Magazine. I thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast with milk and cereal. The staff were affable and great.
